Located in Dublin's leafy business district, this popular restaurant is not only frequented by suits. Combining classy decor and a friendly, buzzy ambience, it attracts locals and tourists, too. There's a very reasonable pre-theatre menu, while the set menu is €42. Colin O'Daly is one of Ireland's most highly regarded chefs and has hit upon a winner with his French-inspired, comfort-food menu. Stand-out dishes include Colin's prawn bisque and a goat's cheese starter. The traditional Kerry lamb pie is a must and the breads from the in-house bakery are delicious.
